Overall Review: After losing 3 pages of my English 1A paper, due to the computer overheating again, I called the Tech Support and they walked me thru updating the BIOS Software. The computer apparently starts over heating if I do to much at one time with it, according to the Tech Support. Why it was shipped with an outdated BIOS I am not sure. Apparently it is a software issue with the bios that has to be updated.
